1. Begin the quest by speaking to Martin the Master Gardener in the Draynor Village market square (you must not have pickpocked him recently, or he won’t speak to you). He’ll tell you that gardeners are suffering bad harvests, and asks you to speak to other farmers to get details.

4. Get your Dramen staff or Lunar staff and head to Zanaris.
5. Go to the Throne Room in Zanaris. You may notice that the queen is missing, instead speak to the Fairy Godfather. He tells you that the Fairy Queen is sick.
6. You need to speak to Fairy Nuff, who is located north of the bank in Zanaris. She will give you a list of symptoms and ask you take them to a mage called Zandar Horfyre.
7. Zandar Horfyre is located in the top floor of the Dark Wizards’ Tower west of Falador. Speak with him and he’ll take the symptoms list. He suggests that you seek a necromancer named Malignius Mortifer, who had fought Tanglefoot long time ago.
8. Malignius Mortifer is northwest of Port Sarim, along with the four elemental wizards. Tell him that you need help with fighting a Tanglefoot. He’ll help you if you bring him a skull from a grave near Draynor Manor.
9. Go to the north side of the manor (inside the fence surrounding it), and you’ll find a grave. Use your spade to dig while standing on the grave to get the skull. If you don’t have a spade, but you have a tool leprechaun storing it for you, you’ll be able to retrieve it from the farming patch west of the manor. A spade also respawns in the easternmost room in the manor.

Magic secateurs
10. Take the skull back to Malignius Mortifer. He tells you that you’ll need a pair of magic secateurs to fight the Tanglefoot. He will ask you to get three items in addition to a pair of secateurs, and take them to the Nature Spirit so he can perform the “ceremony of Phasma Phasmatis Natura”. You can search Global RuneScape’s item database to see how to get the specific items. You can at any time see which items you need by looking at your quest journal.

Warning: As you make your way through the swamp to the Nature Spirit, consumables will begin to rot. Therefore, it is advised to bring more than one of the consumables, or to bring Druid pouches and a Silver sickle(b)/Ivandis flail
Needed items: Secateurs, your 3 additional items, Ghostspeak amulet
Recommended items: Druid pouches, Silver sickle(b). Remember that if you have any edible items, some of them may rot in the swamps!
11. Once you have all the items, find the grotto tree, and enter it. Make sure you wear the Ghostspeak amulet, and talk to the spirit. If you have all the required items, he will enchant your secateurs. The secateurs will now have a green colour.

Fighting the Tanglefoot
12. Head back to Zanaris, and go to the bank there. Withdraw food, armour and everything you may need to kill the level 111 Tanglefoot. Remember that you will have to use the Magic secateurs as your weapon.

13. Go to the southern part of Zanaris, near the Cosmic altar, and you will see a gap through the wall which you can squeeze through (yellow dots on the map below). Then, follow the tunnels until you reach the level 111 Tanglefoot in a chamber at the end of the tunnels. Fight it, and remember to wield the Magic secateurs at all times.
14. Once you kill the Tanglefoot, it will drop the Queen’s secateurs. Take the secateurs back to Fairy Godfather to complete the quest. Congratulations!

LendingEdit
To lend an item to a player, one needs to send a trade request to the other. Once the trade interface is open, the item can be lent by right-clicking and choosing the “Lend” option. This will put the item into the “Loan” box, showing the item is kept by the player.

The default loan duration is “Until log-out”, but this can be changed by clicking on the button and typing the desired duration (between 1–24 hours) for the loan. If the player wished to lend the item until either player logs off, the duration should be set to “0″ (zero) or click until it says “Until Logout”.

After setting the duration, both players need to accept the “trade”, and the item will be transferred to the other player. Some players rent certain rare items (ex. godswords and partyhats) and may make a considerable amount of money from it, and renting may even end up paying for the item after a few hundred “rents.”

The player being lent to will get a warning a minute before the item is returned, and one when the item is returned.

Note that only one item can be lent at a time.

The Monsters
Tz-Kih level 22 - Each hit that it inflicts on you drains 10 of your prayer points so try to kill these monsters as quick as you can as they also drain your prayer points if they don’t hit on you.

Tz-Kek level 45 - These monsters are very easy to kill and you should not have too much to worry about when killing these monsters.

Tz Kek level 22- When you have killed the Level 45 Tz-Kek it splits into two mini versions of level 22 Tz-keks, again these are very easy to kill and you should not really have much bother with killing them.

Tok-Xil level 90- This monster is very powerful and can hit constant 200’s on you unless you use the protect against range prayer. It can also switch to use mele so i recommend keeping your distance and ranging it.

Yt-Mejkot level 180- This monster uses mele but can be quite easy to kill if you use the various safe spots that are in the fight caves example; hiding round the corner and ranging it until it dies. You should not be using prayer against this monster as because of their size they are really easy to be trapped at safe spots.

Ket-Zek level 360- This monster uses magical attacks as well as mele, you MUST protect from magic when fighting this monster and also try to keep your distance as it can hit anywhere up to 600 on you with mele.

Tz-TokJad level 702- This is the hardest monster of them all and i will explain how to kill this monster later on in this guide.

Yt-Hurkot level 102- These monsters use mele and also act as healers towards Jad so you will have to focus on killing both these monsters as well as Jad if your are going to be successful in getting a fire cape.

Safe Spots at the fight caves
There are various safe spots within the fight caves but the first one that you will come across is the one directly in front of you as soon as you enter the fight caves. It is located north east of the entrance and it is very distinguished as it looks like the boot of Italy (shape of Italy). When here you will not have to switch to any other safe spots in the caves as this one is probably the best one that there is. I recommend using these safe-spots from about level 15 onward when the Yt-Merkot monsters come.

Tz-Haar Fight Cave Wave Stratergy
Waves 1-29 are rather simple and i recommend to start using the Safe spots at level 15 when the Yt-Merkot monsters come.

Wave 29- At wave 29 you will see two Yt-Merkot monsters spawn this is when you really have to concentrate, trap both behind the safe-spot and then after you have killed the first one you will have to activate your protect from magic prayer all the way up until Jad this is because the next round the level 300 Magic monsters come and these can 1hit you with magic.

level 30 onward- Always protect from Magic continue to use safe-spots and now is also a good time to start using some of your ranging potions to kill the monsters quicker and to also get to Jad quicker.

At the end of wave 62 pot up and stay calm and prepare yourself for Jad. Jad will use both magic and ranging attacks and can one hit you so you must be aware of what attack he is using and you must also be quick at switching from protect from magic to protect from range. His ranging attack sounds like a stomping sound so when you hear this switch to protect from range and his magic attack sounds like a sparkley glitter sound so when you hear this switch to magic. Try not to go close to Jad as he can also one hit you with mele.
