The Agility Arena is located in Brimhaven just north of the Gate. It’s a huge Indoor Course of Obstacles which gives good Agility Experience, and a refreshing change from the monotonous routine of the Agility Courses, as well as a range of new animations, including the stunning “Matrix” animation. There is no Agility Level required to enter the Course, but of course, a higher Combat Level is required.
It is advisable to take Food, Restore and perhaps Agility Potions into the Arena, as the Obstacles do hurt you if you fail them, and some of them also lower your Agility Level! Also, Monk Robes, Wolfbane and a Holy Symbol will make your Prayer last longer if you chose to use Rapid Restore to get your Agility Level back up.
As well as getting the Experience from the Obstacles, you gain Tickets. These Tickets can be exchanged for Toadflax, Snapdragon, Agility Experience or a Pirate’s Hook.
To enter the Arena, go to Brimhaven and pay ‘Captain Izzy No Beard’ 200 Gold Pieces, then climb down the Ladder and start your Adventure.
When you enter the Agility Arena you will see a Red Arrow and a Bar in the top right. Follow the Arrow until you come across a Ticket Dispenser with a flashing Yellow Arrow. Tag the Dispenser and the Bar in the top right will go green. This means that you can now collect Agility Tickets. The Dispenser location will change every minute, so be quick or you’ll miss out!
Note: You must Tag consecutive Dispensers in order to receive a Ticket. If you Tag the Dispenser when the Bar in the top right is red you will not get a Ticket. But, you will then be able to receive Tickets for each consecutive Tag.
The Agility Arena is laid out like so:
Experience values per Obstacle are:
Obstacle Experience Given
Triple Planks 6 Experience Each
Balance Rope 10
Balance Ledge 16
Dart Dodge 30
Pillar Jumps 18
Spike Jump 24
Rock Fall Jump 26
Low Wall 16
Spinning Blades 28
Handholds 22
Monkey Bars 14
Single Log Balance 12
Tips
Avoid the Low Wall if there are a lot of People in the Arena, as it wastes your time.
Avoid the Dart Traps, as if you get hit they will lower your Agility Level.
On the Triple Plank Bridge, check to see which Plank isn’t broken before attempting to cross it.
Wearing the Karamja Gloves (upgrade 2 or 3) will increase the amount of experience you get for each Obstacle inside the Arena and will increase the Agility Experience Rewards when trading in tickets!
