This guide contains information on how to get there, what to bring and stuff like that, and how to fight the brothers.
You need to do the Priest in Peril quest to get access to Morytania, and you should at least have level 70-80 combat when doing the Barrows. Also, you should have 43 prayer, else it will be almost impossible.

What to Bring: If you are going to kill all brother you should bring these items:

Mystic Robe top/bottom
Full Rune (Optional, only used for Karil but you can use mystic)
Granite Shield
Full Dragonhide (Black is Best)
Whip/Dragon Dagger (p)
Slayer Staff
Runes for Slayer Dart
Prayer Pots
Spade
Telerunes (Or Glory)
FOOD

Remember that these items are the items you SHOULD bring. You should use the fight styles described in the guide, as this will be wat easier for you.

Start with Wearing ur Mystic(/Full Rune), Granite Shield and Whip/DDP

Canifis Bank is the bank you should use during the barrows.
When you enter the barrows, prepare for fighting.

The Fight
Grab your spade, then chose one of the 6 graves and dig, then you will break into a crypt and you will find one of the 6 Brothers:
Verac - Dharok - Guthan - Torag - Ahrim - Karil

Verac
Since Verac got a chance of ignoring armor you will need prayer, turn on the Protect from Melee prayer, then Search the Tomb, then kill him with your magic Dart of Slayer.

Dharok
Here, you will also need your prayer, if you don’t use it, you will be hit some 50-60s, so do what you did with Verac and drink your Prayer potion if needed, and if not, just kill.

Guthan
Guthan is really powerful, and if you get attacked by one with full guthan, you wont hit. Also, his special set effect may activate, and the HP will regenerate by a few percent. So, use your Prayer, or use a year with killing him and use of all your food. Also drink a prayer potion every time you need more prayer points.

Torag
Torag with the hammers… However, the hammers aren’t that powerful, but you will still need your prayer.

Ahrim the Blighted
Ahrim is using Fire Wave, so here its time for using dragonhides, and Protect from Magic, so pull up ur Dragon Hides and your Whip/Dragon Dagger (p)/Bow then attack!
His combat level is 98.

Karil the Tainted
Ah, finally the last one. Here we can use full rune or if we wanted to keep the spaces for food\other stuff we can use Mystic Robes and Slayer Dart.

The Tunnel
The Tunnel is the last place you get to after killing 5 of the 6 brothers you will get to the tunnels, here you will fnd a few monsters, loads of doors and the LAST BROTHER, to get into the middle you will need to solve some “Crazy IQ Test”. If you fail, the doors will re-randomize. If you try to open the chest before you’ve done the puzzle, the doors will re-randomize, and the roof will begin to collapse, causing high damage to you.

The Chest where you get ur stuff is in the middle. Some possible rewards are:
