To get to the prayer menu you must click on the prayer sign and it will bring up the prayer menu.

When using prayer skills they will use up prayer points, some prayers more than others. You can recharge your prayer at altars found all over RuneScape. When fully recharged you got as much prayer points as your level.

There are a lot of different sorts of prayers you can use. You can only use one stat raising skill for each combat skill, for example; you can’t use Rock Skin and Thick skin at the same time but you can use Burst of Strength and Thick skin at the same time.

26		Hawk Eye	Increases Range by 10%
27		Mystic Lore	Increase mage by 10%
28		Steal Skin	Increase defence by 15%
31		Ultimate Strength	Increase strength by 15%
34		Incredible reflexes	Increase attack my 15%
37	(+)	Protect from magic	Monsters cannot hit you with magic attacks Player magic attacks will hit 50% less Player holding spells (bind spells) are 50% shorter (not for Ancient Magicks spells)
